Zoe Keeper is a competitor in the universal tournament. She served Vincent Lordmillion at the beginning of the tournament, but jumped sides to fight alongside Lucy Farr when the opportunity presented itself. It was later revealed she was an agent of SWORD under the codename Arch Angel, and later joined forces with Lordmillion after she realized he, too, planned to betray SWORD and its leader, Nails Nihilism.

Tomboyish and hot-headed, Zoe has a strong sense of right and wrong, and won't sit by when people need her help. She hates injustice and discrimination, and has no qualms with using violence to protect the innocent. She will also go to any extreme to protect those she cares about. When around her friends Zoe shows a more lighthearted, less serious side.

Zoe has light-brown skin and dark brown hair, which falls to the middle of her back when not worn in a ponytail. She has dark purple eyes. She is half a head taller than Lucy.

Equipment

Mobile Siege Regalia
This is a suit of power armor which can be materialized from thin air via activating a device worn on the wrist. It is equipped with a variety of weapons, such as a detachable anti-tank rifle and missile pods, but its primary weapons are a pair of energy blades. The MSR is rated for orbital re-entry, and features a jet pack allowing it to fly. The MSR is incredibly tough, and needed a direct hit from Lucy's Heavenly Piercing Destiny Breaker to destroy it. Zoe was able to recreate a second version of the MSR after the first version was destroyed.

Buster Rifle
This rifle was created by merging her energy blades in combat. It was incredibly powerful.

Powers and Abilities

Zoe was able to throw both Lucy and Artyom along the length of a ship's cargo hold merely by tapping them on the shoulder.
