Wyatt Dowe is a member of the anti-terror and protective group, The Doomwatch. He is a strong believer in moral good, and has a strong sense of justice and compassion. He is gentle and empathetic, but fiercely loyal to his cause, and will do everything in his power to protect those he loves and the city he has sworn to guard. Dowe’s personality has lead him to form a close rapport with other Members of The Doomwatch, most foremost his partner on assignments, Victorina Sabine. Dowe conducts himself privately, with little known about his past or personal life by his peers. Dowe is often cited by other members of The Doomwatch to be “The best of all of us”, as his calm and gentle nature has led him to become a mediator in arguments in the organisation, as well as his compassion and understanding for others experiencing difficulty.
Dowe is tall and somewhat lanky, with a slender musculature and athletic appearance that belie his strength. He is of Caribbean heritage, but no trace of a pidgin-english accent remains. He speaks quietly and firmly, with a distinctly upper-class English accent, that has led to some light teasing within The Doomwatch. Dowe is conscious of his physique, and can often be found in the gym when not on sorties or assignments. He is also an avid music fan, although the only person that has seen his reportedly vast collection of records and tapes is Sabine.
Dowe wears a variety of simple, functional clothing; often a t-shirt and jeans, with Black combat boots and a British bomber jacket with wool lapel. Dowe also wears a pair of round goggles, black with red lenses. Dowe took the name ‘Pilot’ after Sabine commented on their first meeting; “You look like one of those aces you see in old war films.”

Dowe sometimes employs use of a simple bo staff, as he detests lethality, and always tries to neutralise his opponents with the least amount of force used or damage caused.
