“Hoo Ya!”

Handoko Gatt is a fighter from Outer Rim T-63, a planet inhabitied by a variety of species, but primarily humans. He is of Indonesian descent, and is proud of his heritage. He is cocky and sly, relying on agility and cunning rather than outright strength. His control over energy is minimal, and thus is focalised through what is presumably a set of oaths he has sworn to either himself, a higher being, or a benefactor.

Gatt is muscular, with a small frame. He wears black silk trousers and white boxing boots. His hair is black, curly, and shoulder length. He wears a belt across his chest, and fingerless boxing gloves.

Equipment

Karambit Sash
Gatt carries a belt of Karambit, traditional Indonesian curved knives, with the cutting edge of the inner curve. He carries the sash across his chest, bandolier style.

Gloves
Gatt also wears a pair of kickboxing gloves, that seem to protect his hands from the high energies of his “Promise” powers.
